Kelli C. Johnson boasts a distinguished career as a Health Care Program Manager, accumulating over 25 years of expertise in developing and launching impactful healthcare programs. In her current position as the Value Based Manager at AmeriHealth Caritas, Kelli leads a multidisciplinary team, driving strategic goals to transform care delivery and improve patient experience, quality, outcomes, and cost. She also plays a pivotal role as the Board Chair for the AmeriHealth Caritas Family of Companies’ Federally Qualified Health Center Advisory Board.
Kelli’s dedication to public health and her extensive experience with 501(c)(3)s and trade association volunteer roles make her a valuable addition to One Common Unity. Beyond her professional commitments, Kelli finds joy in spending time with her three nephews, connecting with friends and family, exploring the world through travel, and indulging her passion for cooking.
