Sara Lettieri
Development Associate
Sara joined the One Common Unity staff to help expand the funding and development of the organization. She graduated from the University of Iowa with a Bachelors in Communication Studies and minors in French and Arabic. Her studies focused on rhetoric and speech.
A DMV native from Silver Spring, she has a deep connection to the area and hopes to give back to the region that raised her. She believes that OCU does great work empowering DC’s youth, and as she cares deeply for this city and its people, she is grateful to be a part of the efforts to make DC healthier and safer for youth.
Sara has worked in fundraising for three years and enjoyed every bit of it, especially when there are events to attend. She hopes to one day participate in a comedy open mic.
In her free time, Sara enjoys cuddling her cat, meditating, and playing video games. She is also a huge advocate for self-care and mental health awareness in her personal life.
