Mental Health Therapist
Carlette joins OCU as a school-based mental health therapist. Carlette recently received her Masters degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from The George Washington University. She has received the National Certified Counselor credential and is currently working towards obtaining LGPC licensure in DC. Carlette has worked with adults to improve their job readiness skills, establish a routine, and support them in their wellness, educational, and personal goals. She also has a Masters degree in Forensic Psychology from The George Washington University.
Carlette utilizes a holistic and collaborative approach and hopes to integrate her education and experiences to empower and advocate for diverse individuals and groups in the school system. She is originally from Georgia and received her undergraduate degree from Agnes Scott College (Go Scotties!).
When she is not working, Carlette enjoys listening to music, dancing, going on walks, watching K-dramas, and discovering new restaurants.
